1.8. Solely automated decisions: These are decisions that affect a user and are programmed to operate automatically, without the need for human operation, based on automated processing of personal data.

1.9. Data Protection Officer (“DPO”): Person appointed by us to act as a communication channel between us, you, other personal data subjects, and the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (“ANPD”).

1.10. Session ID: Identification of the users' session when access to the Platform is performed.

1.11. IP: Abbreviation for Internet Protocol. It is an alphanumeric set that identifies your devices on the Internet.

1.12. Link: Terminology for an internet address.

1.13. Logs: Activity records of any users who use the Platform.

10.1. Location-based services

10.1.1. We may collect, use, and share (with our partners, service providers, and licensees) precise location Data, including real-time location of your fixed or mobile device.

10.2. Analytics tools

10.2.1. We use analytics tools, such as Microsoft Clarity software and other third-party technologies, to collect non-personal information in the form of various usage and behavior metrics when using our website or services (referred to as "Sites and/or Services" in this Notice). 19.2. It is your responsibility to read the Privacy and Data Processing Policies of such portals or environments outside our Platform, and to accept or reject them. We are not responsible for third-party Privacy and Data Processing Policies, nor for the content of any websites, content, or services linked to environments other than the Platform.

20. PARTNER SERVICES

20.1. We have business partners that may occasionally offer services through features or websites that can be accessed from Our Environments. Data you provide to these partners will be their responsibility and subject to their own data collection and usage practices.

21. PROCESSING BY THIRD PARTIES UNDER OUR GUIDELINES

21.1. If third-party companies process any Personal Data under our guidelines, they will mandatorily comply with the conditions set forth herein and information security standards.

21.2. To optimize and improve communication, when we send you an email, we may receive a notification when it is opened, whenever this possibility is available. It is important that you pay attention, since emails are sent only from the following domains: @runrun.it.

22. HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND ACTIVITY LOGS ARE STORED

22.1. Collected Personal Data and activity logs are stored in a secure and controlled environment for a minimum period according to the table below:

22.3. Data Transfer: Collected Data may be stored on servers located in Brazil or in another country where we use storage services, and we commit to adopting necessary measures to ensure protection of this data.

22.4. Data may be stored in cloud computing resource environments or servers, which may require transfer and/or processing of this Data outside Brazil.

23. WHAT YOUR RIGHTS ARE AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM

23.1. We follow guidelines established by the LGPD and commit to ensuring you can exercise your rights regarding your data through the Privacy Portal, namely:

  • Receive clear and complete information about processing of your data, including data sharing situations.
  • Request access to your data and/or confirmation that data processing exists.
  • Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data.
  • Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data, in specific circumstances.
  • Request deletion of data processed with your prior consent.
  • Request information about public and private entities with which we share your data.
  • Request information about the possibility of not providing consent and consequences of refusal.
  • Object to data processing based on one of the legal consent waiver hypotheses provided by law.
  • Revoke consent at any time, when data is processed based on such authorization.
  • Request review of automated decisions that may affect your interests.

23.2. If you withdraw consent for purposes essential to regular operation of the Platform, Platform functionalities may become unavailable to you.

23.3. Once the retention period and legal need end, Personal Data will be deleted using secure disposal methods, or used in anonymized form for statistical purposes.

23.4. For security purposes, additional identity validations may be performed so that your rights can be fulfilled, such as confirmation of information and submission of documents necessary for this purpose.

24. CHANGE OF CONTENT AND UPDATES

24.1. This Notice is subject to constant improvement and enhancement, and we reserve the right to modify it at any time, according to purpose or need, as well as for legal adequacy and compliance with law or regulation having equivalent legal force; it is your responsibility to check it whenever accessing the Platform. If updates to this document eventually require new consent collection, you will be notified through the contact channels you provide.

25. ANONYMIZED DATA

25.1. In addition to following the guidelines of this Privacy Notice, we also collect and process your data in anonymized form, meaning there is no personal identification associated. It is important to highlight that, according to the LGPD, anonymized data, since it cannot identify the data subject, falls outside the scope of application of this law.
